Search RNA editing across 12 hematopoietic cell populations of interest

This page provides detail information about A-to-I RNA editing from 12 murine hematopoietic cell populations (Fig.A), including long-term HSCs (LT-HSCs), short-term HSCs (ST-HSCs), multipotent progenitor (MPP) cells, common myeloid progenitor (CMP) cells, megakaryocyte-erythroid progenitor (MEP) cells, granulocyte-monocyte progenitor (GMP) cells, megakaryocytes (MKs), 2 erythrocyte subsets (Ery-A and Ery-B), granulocytes (Gn), monocytes (Mo), and macrophages (Ma). This page also provides gene expression of RNA editing genes in order to suggest the important role of these genes during hematopoiesis (Fig.B).

RNA editing events were obtained based on either "Fuzzy Search" or "Excat Search":

  • Fuzzy Search -- Please selecting "Hematopoietic cell population", "Gene biotype", Genomic region or "Editing pattern";
  • Exact Search -- Please refining the results by further options, including "gene location", "gene name", "genomic region", "repeat or not", "AA change or not" and so on.
