Welcome To REDH Database

RNA Editome in Hematopoietic differentiation and malignancy (REDH),is a curated database of RNA editome in hematopoiesis and leukemia. REDH not only integrates 30796 RNA editing sites among 12 murine adult hematopoietic cell populations at different stages, but also systematically characterizes nearly 0.5 million editing events in hematopoietic malignancy, including 20 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) samples, 9 chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) samples and 19 healthy donors. The REDH database stores A-to-I editing sites and relevant metrics per each sample, including the distribution of RNA editing sites across the genome, whether editing sites within repeat sequences or not, whether causing amino acid substitutions or not, and differential editing sites in physiological and pathological states.
