Search RNA editing in hematopoietic malignancy of interest

This module characterizes nearly 0.5 million A-to-I RNA editing sites from approximately 50 samples in two types of hematopoietic malignancy. Clinical information, gene expression, and RNA editings on lncRNAs and miRNAs are also integrated into this page. This module enables flexible exploration of editing events of a sample or cohort. RNA editing events were obtained based on "Sample", "DiffEd" or "Exact Search":

• Sample -- The Sample tab visualizes and lists clinical information of the selected cohort; Cohorts can be generated using cancer type or clinical information such as gender, age and so on;
• DiffEd -- The DiffEd tab calculated differential editiing sites between leukamia and normal and lists details of editing sites information in result table;
• Exact search -- Please refining the results by further options, including "Category", Gene Type, "Gene name", "Gene location", "Genomic region".
